“The course was very informative and I learnt a lot. The only criticism is the quiz at the end because there was so much to take in I had to redo it about 3 times as I am an older person and my memory is not as good now as when I was younger and the questions kept changing every time I did it. On other courses they switch the questions around but keep the same questions.”

“Happy to read for it myself, rather than having it slowly read to me. However, this continually resulted in me getting a message that I was going too fast despite waiting far more than the enforced 10 seconds. The content was basic assuming you are starting with no knowledge, so painful if you have experience recruiting. However, this was selected by my company, so not CPD fault”

“I seemed to get stuck in some of the units and needed assistance from IT to move on to the next Unit. I also felt that some of the questions in the quiz at the end hadn't been covered in the body of the course and I had to research the answers.”
