“Although some content was positive, I found the experience frustrating due to slow loading times (on occasion) and the structure being quite "click heavy". I also experienced multiple occasions when the only button available to progress was "complete" yet on clicking this button, the screen said I hadn't done enough of the module, forcing me to click back, then click "next section"... an option that wasn't available previously. Finally, in the mini quiz, I found one question about the right to work in the UK to be somewhat misleading given the changes to immigration rules post Brexit.”

“The course was very informative and I learnt a lot. The only criticism is the quiz at the end because there was so much to take in I had to redo it about 3 times as I am an older person and my memory is not as good now as when I was younger and the questions kept changing every time I did it. On other courses they switch the questions around but keep the same questions.”

“Happy to read for it myself, rather than having it slowly read to me. However, this continually resulted in me getting a message that I was going too fast despite waiting far more than the enforced 10 seconds. The content was basic assuming you are starting with no knowledge, so painful if you have experience recruiting. However, this was selected by my company, so not CPD fault”
