“Whilst covering statutory requirements, frustrating fussy flow - I constantly got a screen telling me I had ‘skipped along too far’ once I had read a screen, even though I had waited for the button at the bottom to become available, which made it take longer than it needed to. Also, the quiz questions are incredibly undemanding within the units, to a point where I think if the system allowed you could answer them without having looked at the course content. So they seem a little pointless if the system has already logged the units having been read. Whereas the final quiz goes the other way, asking very specific questions on precise periods of time, numbers, obscure facts etc that don’t seem important, in one case asking for two answers, only allowing one and then marking this incorrect even though it was one of the two correct options, and in another asking a question about something (Universal Jobmatch) that no longer exists and wasn’t covered in the course (I checked – sad I know, but true…)”

“Although some content was positive, I found the experience frustrating due to slow loading times (on occasion) and the structure being quite "click heavy". I also experienced multiple occasions when the only button available to progress was "complete" yet on clicking this button, the screen said I hadn't done enough of the module, forcing me to click back, then click "next section"... an option that wasn't available previously. Finally, in the mini quiz, I found one question about the right to work in the UK to be somewhat misleading given the changes to immigration rules post Brexit.”
