Excellent on its own but equally brilliant mixed in varying ratios with either Canadian White, Cotswold Crunch or Eight Grain to make and bake a loaf in the breadmaker or prepare dough to make finger rolls and buns to bake in the oven. Makes consistently delicious tasting bread.

The aroma of this flour is lovely and it makes the most delicious wholemeal bread. I mix with one third Cotswold Crunch. Just yummy.

I love this flour. I use 1lb Stoneground Wholemeal Flour with 1/2lb Eight Grain flour and 1/2lb Strong White flour - result a really tasty bread with just enough grain. It toasts really well too!

Great for home baked wholemeal bread. Superb flavour and up there with the best of Cotswold Milled flours. I've used some this morning to make 4 very good wholemeal rolls. Can't fault this flour. Good gluten level and great texture. I will buy some again for sure.
