“Great flour and it's Organic! I have been using this to make sourdough, Really pleased with the results. Nice crumb and open texture and it tastes great. Usually make up about 73% hydration and the dough is not too sticky.”

“16 KG of bread flour, way to go!Very happy to be able to get a big sack of excellent bread flour during lockdown. It has totally saved my bread making in 2020. This is a really nice, fine flour, makes a great sourdough loaf. Also used it to make a new starter when my old one died, and it's lovely and robust and was ready to use in under a week.”

“Perfect for lots of bakes. I’ve been baking for years but really getting into using strong flour bakes. This flour does exactly what I need it for. A good allrounder with plenty of flavour. I’ve been making Sourdoughs to doughnuts & pizzas to sticky buns. I’ve already been recommending it to my baking friends.”
