The reason I bought it was because I was misled by the product description that it contains only organic wheat. When it arrived, I was disappointed to see that it is fortified just like any other flour brands. The flour itself is good but I will not purchase again.

A 200 to 300 ratio of Organic Strong White and Organic Stoneground Wholegrain produces amazing loaves every time. All my bread is handmade using only Cotswold flour. Like many other people I really started breadmaking during lockdown but wouldn't go back to shop bought. This bread freezes (and defrosts) beautifully. You wouldn't know it hadn't just been made. All down to Matthews.

Whilst I like granary style loaves my husband prefers white. But toasted bacon sandwiches or poached eggs on toast made from a white loaf of this flour are always delicious!

I discovered Matthews in lockdown, & only buy their flour now. I use a breadmaker, making 2-3 loaves a week. I only buy organic flour since I heard about the routine use of glyphosate on non-organic wheat before harvesting. This flour works really well, alone or in combination in recipes, gives a good structure & rise, & has a great flavour.

Delicious! This flour produces the most delicious, well-risen loaves. It works beautifully mixed half and half with a quality malted multi-grain brown flour and a little spelt for a lighter granary loaf with a heavenly texture and flavour.

Good crumb! Made my usual sourdough with it. Required a smidgeon more water but the starter developed well in it and the loaves had really good crumb and crust.

The best flour! I’m a total convert to this flour. No comparison to supermarket bought flour. Produces excellent results and the flavour is so yummy!
