Having just migrated from Cc3 to Cc4, needed much help with a lot of issues. Ben Mann always responded in good time, was positive, so helpful, knowledgeable, polite and supportive. Some issues continued - Ben was tenacious in getting them sorted. He's a credit to your business.

The support desk - 5 star Support on the telephone was great. They then had to refer to the tech team to resolve my issue of not being able to discharge a resident. Tech Team - 1 star. It took 2 days to resolve.

No definite answer given on the system and have been waiting for a reply for around 4 weeks. Not happy with the service so far being a new customer.

Long time user of CC3 just migrated to CC4, which brought problems of all sorts.The very best thing for me - was the help and support I received from Ben Mann. He was incredibly patient, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. He pitched his support perfectly. I cannot thank him enough. After quite a few problems, it was his tenacity that enabled me to get my financials into Sage. Thank you Ben.
