“Had an ongoing problem with exporting files into Sage. Ben was able to remote access and was identified the problem was with Sage. I had previously contacted Sage about this problem and they had just passed it back to coolcare. Ben had a good understanding of Sage and amended my Sage files and sorted the problem out. Whilst talking to him I mentioned 2 other problems we had been experiencing, Ben sorted these also. First-class service Ben”

“I think that the gentleman that fixed the problem was excellent and sorted out the problem. The only criticism I have is that my original phone call/problem was not communicated properly and I was not contacted as arranged, therefore, I had to ring and chase to see what was happening.”
