“The issue appears to have been resolved but, on this occasion, the communication was poor. I had to phone support to get an update and was told it had been resolved and I should have received an email (which I didn't until after I chased). Not the usual level of support we have received in the past from CoolCare.”

“I found the staff that dealt with my problem were easy to talk to and solved my problem as quickly as possible. I was contacted when the issue was resolved. Very polite and efficient staff”

“Very helpful with a friendly manner and kept me updated as promised. I have marked down the "how timely was the service" only because I had to make 2 calls to the support telephone number before receiving the support desk call. After the initial help desk call the follow up was very timely and much appreciated.”
