They listened and acted on my concern, and e-mailed me a solution it would have been 5* of they had picked up the 'phone to me and it became a game of ping pong e-mail

The support desk was good I just feel like there are no options to adapt for a big company like ourselves, I come with problems that aren't helping us and the reply every time is I'm the only one with that problem or we can't do anything for that. there's no flexibility and or adaptability to help us make the most of cool care. When I ask if it could be something that's looked into maybe for the future the response was there isn't an immediate need for this to be done and therefore my request is actually to be ignored as I'm only one person with the issue. Just feel that cool care is letting us down at the moment. I'm trying to make full use of cool care and I am finding this difficult, there are so many issues. so this is not down to the support desk but it's down to cool care not helping or not being able to help us with the issues I bring.
