I feel that most advisors on the support desk are helpful and courteous and assist you greatly in trying to resolve issues, however there is a couple of support staff that i have experienced are less helpful and their ultimate aim is to just get the ticket closed.

An emailed reply had been issued to you prior to us closing your support ticket, to advise that what you require is not an available function within the software. The support engineer suggested an alternative solution for you so please check your junk mail if you cannot see it in your mailbox, or contact our support team again and they will explain this in detail if necessary.
