“I would not recommend RAC insurance to anyone and would not purchase again. I had full 3 months to run on my policy and rescue cover and my refund was £3.95 . I paid for policy online, downloaded my own documents I phoned them 3 times so there's no justification for excessive administrative cancellation charges. I tried to take out a new policy on my a different car and needed a 3 day overlap on both policies. I was poorly advised and not contacted by them before I switched to a different insurance provider.”
