“Very disappointed. After multiple emails regarding the image quality because BAS placed my order on hold… I managed to get them the image quality needed and was told to respond to their email to go ahead and print. I did exactly that and assumed my order was on the way. Sadly, it was not. Someone dropped the ball at BAS and now, I have no signage for my upcoming event. I did get a refund but not even so much as an apology. Back to VistaPrint I go. I should have known better!”

“Sign is beautiful. Easy to carry Lightweight. But the sign will stand up outside. We spend more time trying to keep the top from leaning forward than it actually will stay upright.”
