“Hey! It showed up a day after the 3 day convention in Las Vegas! Delays in both making the sign and shipping the sign. What a nightmare. When I realized they weren’t going to make it in time I asked for a non-watermark pdf file of the banner so I could make it locally. Three days later they sent me the watermarked pdf! They asked me multiple times “How are we doing?”

“Everything was perfect with the exception of one detail. I had a logo for the restaurant that used, as one of its two colors, a red that was essentially a more saturated version of the background it lay on (Not a genius move, granted). That red had disappeared into the background red in the final product, losing the dimensional shadow-type effect. It still read fine though. I'd bet you routinely boost the saturation to avoid the drabness that I suppose is inherent in the jump from Mac monitor to vinyl, and that that erased the saturation difference, making the two colors identical. Or that there is simply a restricted gamut in vinyl? The physical sign was vibrant, in any case. You do great work. I am a satisfied three-time customer and would recommend B-a-S. It would have been nice to have been cautioned that this little hitch was a possibility, though it didn't matter in the end. Thanks for your speedy, excellent work and EARLY delivery! John”
