“The product is nicely produced, yet your shipping invoice notification and customer service email communications could be improved. The shipping notification email gave a USPS tracking number. For 5 days I received "status not available message", eventually misleading me to think that it actually had NOT been shipped or was lost in shipment. I sent three emails and made one phone inquiry about the "tracking status error message. I was finally told in the third and final email that the type of order I made would not be shipped with a tracking option, but that the "computer arbitrarily" assigns each shipment a tracking number regardless. It seems the amount charged for shipping would indeed cover tracking, and that the customer service associates would be better informed about company procedures and less aloof appearing to alleviate customer puzzlement & frustration. I do not give approval for you to share my personal information, including email address with any third party interlopers.”

“-Good value and price -Fabric, 3 ft x 6 ft. Fabric is fairly sturdy, like Tee shirt, not like denim jeans. -Good grommets, although I added many more. -Built and received in 7-10 days.”
