Has to be installed yet, but at least arrived on time.

Brilliant, definitely recommend if you want a short, notchy gear box!

Great value and feels quality, really nice shift feel, significantly shorter throw and with less play. Well worth changing the shift turret oil and replacing the lower and upper shift boots at the same. As another reviewer mentioned, I too retracted one of the two pins on my 2003 NB to fit the turret spacer, which only has a notch for a single pin. I managed to do this in place with a compression fitting nut on the outside, for the pin to retract in to, and a pair of groove joint pliers, leaving it sitting flush with the inside edge. These instructions helped with the rest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKbbfcdrVrU

I honestly wouldn't bother with this. Mine arrived with a rusted internal shifter and one of the bendy rings was battered. These are exactly the same as what I got on eBay, but cheaper and better condition. I sent mine back.
