If you applied for a card online, you should have been guided to directly download the digital version of the card to your smartphone. If you have applied for a plastic card we required a paper form to be completed and payment made before we can dispatch a card to you. “I had a bad experience at tesco one time when there toilets were closed they would not let me use there temporary toilets what they was using so I had time do it in my pants anr was so embarrassed so a card will be very handy..”
