“I never received my card just the digital one”

Hello there, We're sorry to hear this - plastic cards are available for a small fee, if you have purchased one and it didn't arrive, we will check up on this for you. If you didn't already purchase a plastic card, you can simply download the form from our website, complete and return it to us with payment via Bank Transfer or Cheque and we'll dispatch a card to you as soon as possible. “My Just Can’t Wait Card has been a godsend. It is recognised by many retailers and has got me out of lots of potential disasters. With my short colon syndrome which was initially caused by colon cancer 19 years ago, I was pleased to receive the card. I have now put it onto my mobile phone which makes it readily available to me.”

Dear Philip, Thank you for your kind review and for reaching out for assistance - the Just can't Wait Card is designed to help you communicate quickly and discreetly, an urgent need to use a toilet in a shop, cafe or other venue when you're out and about.
