“Often it's to embarrassing to tell people in a queue you need to push in , and it's also difficult round a town centre to find toilets but even with this card I have been refused and told it's a staff toilet only.”

Hi again, We can clarify that unless you purchase a plastic card from us, we cannot send you a card. We issue digital cards for free, but the plastic card must be purchased from us directly.
