“A brilliant idea but needs to be published more often and engage shops to have a discreet B/B sign displayed in their window saying how they support the condition and with a B/B card you can use the facility.. so many many many places and staff have no idea what it is”

Dear Anne, We're sorry we've not hit the mark this time, the card is usually quite widely accepted! If you would like us to reach out to particular venues to engage them in the camping please let us know. We launched our Toilet Scheme last year and many venues have signed up, it's just a case of them understanding the issues and being able to accommodate toilet access. “Used for the first time at a garage/supermarket. They didn't have a clue about it but let me use the loo and when I explained it afterwards the owner was very enthusiastic.”

“Often it's to embarrassing to tell people in a queue you need to push in , and it's also difficult round a town centre to find toilets but even with this card I have been refused and told it's a staff toilet only.”
