“Think Basque cooking and you absolutely need a bottle of Txakoli on your table. This is an excellent example and as well as being authentic it goes down so well with everyone round the table. Bring out the Gilda's and open the Txacoli!!”

“So this is interesting one. Second time I have bought this. An extra bottle this time as I did enjoy them. You do have to aerate. Pour from a height, but letting it breathe makes the fruit hidden under the very dry initial experience develop. Way better than Txakoli I have bought elsewhere. And good value.”
