Many thanks for reviewing our service. We do aim to get products out on time. I know with this particular order it was dispatched on time. There was a DPD courier hold up but when they did attempt to deliver, no one was present and they left a card. When the courier reattempted the delivery to your chosen destination when you were not at work and left with a colleague who confirmed the parcel had been delivered. We are always reviewing our service so appreciate being contacted at the time.
