Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

“Probed on arrival and was at 4c. A little trimming (as expected with the whole fillet) and sliced into beautiful steak (sizes of our choosing). We usually yield 6-8 steaks of good size and cut a nice piece around 450-500g which does a an amazing beef Wellington for a family of 4. The tail end we trim down into strips which usually does a couple of extra meals, stroganoff, stir fry, steak & Stilton baguettes etc. All in all really nice quality piece of fillet for a reasonable price. Will be ordering again”

“I thought the beef was beautiful so tender and full of flavour. Really enjoyed it on barbecue. Just wish the beef was larger. I end up having two steaks cos they are a bit on the small size for me. Will be getting more. Very very nice. Also quick delivery most impressed.”
