Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

“The beef fillet did have a covering of fat, which went to waste, but the fillet itself was gorgeous. I bought it to do steak tartare and the quality was evident and the meat melt in your mouth. It would have been great if the fat had been removed, but I will definitely be ordering again soon. Well worth the money so give it a go.”

“The product is quality, arrives well packed and true to description is close to 3kg. Always helpful to see on the label the technical information regarding the animal and origin. It must be the 20th piece bought and it continues to be a great piece of meat. It requires little trimming and can easily serve my family 3-4 times. Extremely versatile served as a Fillet, Diced or Roasted!! it is truly top in taste.”

“this has to be one of the finest-tasting pieces of beef I've tasted, tender while still retaining enough texture elevating it above the majority of beef fillet. I like the fact that dairy cattle are used to their full potential & not used for pet food more people should try meat such as this to appreciate what top quality food tastes like.”

“Lovely meat: tender, and much more tasty than regular fillet (thanks to being from an older cow). I did need to trim some of the beef to remove unwanted connective tissue. This wasn't a problem as I was going to butcher the fillet into steaks anyway. A great value way of buying good steak.”
