Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

“this has to be one of the finest-tasting pieces of beef I've tasted, tender while still retaining enough texture elevating it above the majority of beef fillet. I like the fact that dairy cattle are used to their full potential & not used for pet food more people should try meat such as this to appreciate what top quality food tastes like.”

“Lovely meat: tender, and much more tasty than regular fillet (thanks to being from an older cow). I did need to trim some of the beef to remove unwanted connective tissue. This wasn't a problem as I was going to butcher the fillet into steaks anyway. A great value way of buying good steak.”

“EXCELLENT PRODUCT Tail can be used for stroganoff, middle cut for chateaubriand or beef wellington and a further 6 fillet steaks from the whole fillet makes this, not only a quality product but represents great value too.”

“This item was very popular, especially at the discounted price. After it went in and out of stock several times before I could put in an order, I finally managed a successful order on Tuesday 20/12 and the item arrived the following day. Excellent service, especially with the pre-Xmas rush and other problems. The meat was of great quality, and we enjoyed two portions on the day before freezing the rest. Highly recommended!!”
