This is one of the very best cuts of meat I have ever tasted. It is a go-to for catering for dinner parties for 8 or 10 people. Served black and blue. Service from Basco is s faultless.

I bought the Iberico Presa - not for the first time. The quality of the product is absolutely exceptional, as was the service from Basco. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough

I love Iberico pork but Presa is my favourite cut. The flavour is fantastic ofcourse and the cut is thick enough to slice it like a steak. I have been buing Iberico pork from Basco for over 3 years now and it is always delicious. I even converted my friends who normally do not like pork that much as it is completly different to standard pork available to buy in UK
