This was really delicious. Rather unprepossessing on opening but great on the plate. Followed recommended cooking but gave it a bit longer. Probably never be forgiven but actually used some in a hot Thai jungle curry quick frying and adding at last minute. The sweet flavour held up well and much applause from all concerned.

Whenever we want extra tender medium-rare meat for a special occasion, we cook with this cut. Leaner than secreto, we very much treat it like we would a nice beef ribeye.
