“This was really delicious. Rather unprepossessing on opening but great on the plate. Followed recommended cooking but gave it a bit longer. Probably never be forgiven but actually used some in a hot Thai jungle curry quick frying and adding at last minute. The sweet flavour held up well and much applause from all concerned.”

“Absolutely delicious! I have bought Presa a couple of times now from Basco and each time it has been wonderful. Speedy delivery and it arrives very thoughtfully packaged in an insulated box with ice packs.”

“I love presa and the flavour of these is spot on. I just wish they could be packed in more manageable sizes as the whole 1.2kg piece is too much for my small family.”

“I usually rate Basco very highly and have been a loyal customer for years. On this occasion a very small piece of 0.9kg received compared to the advertised 1.4kg. The use-by date also indicate 09/06/22, so possibly out of date.”
