This is totally different compared to Abanico and Secreto. Perfect for those who like the meaty texture without the excessive fattiness texture of Secreto or Abanico but the meat is still very tender. This resembles beef steak most among the three that I have tried. This is my favourite but only just slightly compared to the other two.

Lovely flavour. I cut it into thick slices and then cooked them on the griddle and everybody loved it

Probably my favourite pork. Seared then finished in the oven. Cooked medium rare, wonderfully tender with great flavour. So easy to do. Had some cold the next day in a sandwich, lovely!

This was sublime.. tasty and melted in the mouth like butter! Treat it as you would a fine fillet steak and don’t overcook it. If you think you’re not a pork fan, then think again. This is nothing like you have tasted before!!
