Our Suckling Pigs are sourced from Segovia, the traditional home of suckling pig production. The piglets are milk-fed for up to 21 days, resulting in meat with a fine texture and rich, incomparable flavor. Each rack includes the loin and ribs, excluding the legs. Cook the rack by roasting, grilling, or barbecuing. To roast, place skin side down in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes, then turn so the rack is skin side up for an additional 30 minutes until the skin is crisp. Receive one individually vacuum-sealed frozen pack.

Just the spareribs, nor even a piece of the shoulder. To pay £45 for bones is disgusting

the best suckling pig i have ever eaten incredible juicy flavoursome meat with crispy glass like crackling my guests literally loved it i have reordered i have dreamt about eating it again ever since made fab jus from it as as well

This was my first attempt at cooking this and I was very pleased with the result. My partner is from Segovia, so we are pretty familiar with the dish, and this diy version stood up very well. I will certainly be cooking it again, but will experiment with times and temperatures to get the crunch without compromising the succulence.

This was a complete surprise and absolutely delicious. The flavour is delicate but slightly game-y. The meat was succulent and moist and very tender. It also fer 3 people, no problem. We didn't quite manage the crackling but will try again next time. Definitely recommend this joint.
