Our Suckling Pigs are sourced from Segovia, the traditional home of suckling pig production. The piglets are milk-fed for up to 21 days, resulting in meat with a fine texture and rich, incomparable flavor. Each rack includes the loin and ribs, excluding the legs. Cook the rack by roasting, grilling, or barbecuing. To roast, place skin side down in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes, then turn so the rack is skin side up for an additional 30 minutes until the skin is crisp. Receive one individually vacuum-sealed frozen pack.

This suckling pig rack is the perfect little joint for two people. This is not the first time we have had it and will be coming back for more! It is completely delicious, moist inside and crispy outside and with Bramley apple sauce to create a little acidity cannot be bettered. I cannot recommend it enough
