“Absolutely stunning piece of meat. Quite simply one of the best pieces of pork I have eaten in my 59 years. I cooked the meat on my gas BBQ rotisserie and it amply fed six people with a generous portion for all. The crackling was perfect and the meat was so tender and juicy. I will without a doubt be buying this again. The company were easy to order from and I was updated at all points of the delivery process. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of ordering from them. I meant to add that I cooked it very simply, after the meat was defrosted I allowed it to rest at room temp for 4 hours, then after drying the joint I simply coated it with olive oil ( not a huge amount ) and seasoned with salt and pepper, it was straight on the BBQ after that. It went down a treat with all my guests.”
