“This was absolutely fantastic, had a group of friends around for a planning meeting about our motorcycle tour of Spain this summer so I went Spanish for dinner. The suckling pig was the centre piece and everyone loved it. The quality of the meat was second to none and it was simple to cook. Served it with crunchy roast potatoes and giganta bean tapas and roasted vegetables. Will definitely be buying again and I highly recommend it for special occasions or whenever you have a crowd around I fed 8 people easily.”

“This is the bee's knees. Super delicious and easy to cook. I'd suggest a tweak to the instructions: to finish off under a hot grill for 5 mins for crisp skin (but you need to stand next to the grill and rotate the joint to ensure even crisping). Would totally buy this, over and over.”

“Small family gathering for New Year’s Eve dinner so everyone excited about the Spanish pork. The picture suggests a boned and rolled joint . Very disappointed and most people were underwhelmed when played. Crackling was good but there was very little meat at all considering the expense £70 and 2.2kg. It was essentially all belly fat. ! Took the shine out of New Year celebrations to be honest .”

“Packaging & shipping was excellent and it arrived still frozen solid. I followed the instructions from the Basco website but dood not get the crackling. that I have exeprienced in Spain. I got a little bit on each end but the middle part was soft and tough to cut through. Otherwise delicious meat but overall the non crispy skin left me disappointed!”
