The delivery was as swift as promised, and in a fantastic container amongst ice packs. I received more weight of cod than expected. I rinsed and left in water for 48 hrs. The flavour of this fish was sublime. I ordered some Iberico pork too, I’m extremely exited to get amongst that too. I’ll definitely be ordering more from BASCO.

Excellent quality: 2 good-size pieces which was ample for 4. Only needed 12h soaking, and texture was really good. And boneless, which was a surprise.
