La Chinata Iberian pork pate with cherries is made from high quality Iberian pork from the lands of Extremadura. Iberico pork is one of the foods more valued by prestigious chefs around the world thanks to its quality and taste. The pate is intense with a slight sweetness from the Valle del Jerte cherries. This pate makes a great snack or as part of tapas or with a selection of cured meats and cheeses. Just spread on toasted bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our Mallorcan rosemary biscuits. It is recommended to serve the pate slightly cold if it is going to be spread on bread. Our Iberico Pork Pate combines perfectly with a glass of Genium Celler from Priorat.

Very good price for an incredibly tasty pate. Good texture, not too smooth, and a strong but not overwhelming taste of cherries.
