“I'm a fairly new baker, having baked around 20 loaves I guess. I found this a difficult four to use in a high hydration dough as it was even more like glue than white flour, and the coarseness didn't allow me to judge development very well. It could very well be a perfect flour of its type, however until I'm more confident in my own skills I won't be ordering more.”
