“Loved the flour! I have found it makes an incredibly tasty loaf using a no-knead method ( I use 1/4 teaspoon dried yeast, 375 grams of cold (from fridge) filtered water, I Tb Extra Virgin olive oil, 10 grams of salt , all per 500 grams of flour). I let it ferment for 24 hours, degas, pour into covered bread tin, 2nd rise for 1-1/2 hrs then bake at 450F for 45 minutes. Wonderful bread with minimal effort!”
