“A very good quality tin which I’m sure will give many years use. Although it was quite expensive, as with so many things you only get what you pay for and it is a large size too! I had a go at making the Pain de Mie loaf using the Nick Malgieri recipe for this size tin (from the website) I had fresh yeast and wasn’t so sure of how much to use. I didn’t get quite the rise I was hoping for and it took a while to make but the flavour and texture is delicious - was worth it and I will try again. I learnt a number of new techniques along the way too! Brilliant service from Bakery bits and love the website.
