Was so fed up with a string of useless cheap scales that always turn themselves off at the wrong time and that you can't read the display with a bowl on top and that use stupid button cell batteries that I bought these scales. They are really great, tick all my boxes and you can plug them in to the mains. It seems money well spent. I particularly like the baker's percentage feature.

These are really good; theytake up more space than the slimline models but much more robust and you can take off the top to clean it. We bought it because it was recommended by Dan Lepard who is a great cook. We have only had them ten days but I’d really recommend them you can use batteries or the power cable

Great scales. One for me and another for my daughter. Easy to use. Great to have a plug rather than batteries that go flat.

bought these along with the electric transformer. worth every penny. very easy to use and read. I leave mine plugged in but only turn socket on when i need to. always ready to use. at 68 yrs. old i have had many scales over the years and these are by far the best. I am still in pounds and ounces could never get used to metric even after living in europe on and off.
