“Because of inaccurate scales I was getting inconsistent results with my bread, now I don't. They also have the option to allow you to disable the auto shut off and use the 'Bakers %' which is great as you progress further into bread making. Easy to keep clean and are easy to read when you have a large bowl on the scales.
