“Although I guess these scales are aimed at bread makers they are great for any cook who is fed up of not being able to measure to the nearest gram or who dreads the overweight icon meaning they've exceeded the miserly weight limit of their current scales - such a refeshing change to put 7.5kg on with no problems at all or to be able to weigh 3g of yeast. No issue with seeing the display when using a large bowl either. Can be used with mains power or 3 x AA batteries. Highly recommended.”

“these scales have some good features. They are a good size so can take a large mixing bowl on top easily. They can hold a lot of wait. The 'hold' and '%' functions are a nice addition. The AA batteries are much better then the button batteries that other scales take and the plug in ability is also good. However, the one flaw is the claim to 1g resolution. I have not found this to be the case. When weighting small amounts of yeast the scale will stay at 0g then suddenly jump to 2 or 3 grams.”
