I made cassarecce with this semola di grano duro rimaccinato according to my Italian nonna's recipe. She would not have complained. Excellent flour.

Lovely semolina. I use it primarily when making pizza. It gives the base a nice crunch aswell as stopping any sticking. My pizza just slides effortlessly on and off my baking tray.
