This flour is great for my pizza’s & mixed with a little rye, spelt is a fantastic base for my sourdough

Really good quality flour. I use it solely for pizza bases. It creates soft and strong dough using a 70% hydration recipe. Out of the oven (conventional or pizza oven) it rises nicely around the crust and creates a soft but crunchy crust.

This is a great flour. So far I used in sourdough bread and pizza and they all came out very light with open crumbs.
