I tried the Stoates white which really wasn't white - it was OK, but I decided to try this one and what a difference - this flour is perfect and my loaves look and taste great. I have tried lots of different flours but this is "the one" for me.

I too have tried many different bread flours, but this is actually flour nirvana, this is definitely "the one"

I find the flour fine to use in bread, but permanent labelling of the bags would be an improvement.

Fantastic rise on my sourdough since I started using this flour. Good all rounder, pizzas, sourdough and poolish doughs. Pasta doughs perfect. A must in your bakery kitchens.

Recommended by Vanessa Kimbell at the Sourdough School at a recent course. Beautiful to work with, this flour has improved everything from refreshing my starter to pasta dough.
