Bought online, changed the order over the phone. IT IS NOT containing 14% protein but 11gr. This is huge difference.Postage is so slow. Will not repurchase from this website again.

I use this for both my bread making and pasta. Because my family, including grandchildren moan about bread with bits in it I bake exclusively white which keeps everyone happy and my finger rolls are particularly popular. As for pasta I use an extruder with brass dies and the traditional pasta roller and the flour gives it a nice bite. I used to use my grandchildren’s eggs but unfortunately a local fox ignored the electric fence and a massacre followed.

I found this flour very nice to use and included some in bread after first using it to refresh the sourdough starter which I purchased at the same time together with the baking cloche. I did in fact email you regarding this with my results and have to say that although the bread looked and tasted good would have preferred a more open crumb. However, my second attempt was partially better with a slightl more open crumb. I would also mention that the starter did not appear to be too lively after several feedings so would appreciate your comments on this please. But all in all very happy with the flour and baking cloche. Wendy.

I tried the Stoates white which really wasn't white - it was OK, but I decided to try this one and what a difference - this flour is perfect and my loaves look and taste great. I have tried lots of different flours but this is "the one" for me.
