“I was initially a little concerned about the cost of the proofer, but having had real problems proving my breads in the colder weather, (in spite of trying several alternative methods), I was getting really fed up with the disappointing results. Since having my proofer, my breads have been amazing, great rise and no constantly looking to see what's happening!!
I have never made my own yoghurt, but definitely intend to try now, I will also use the slow cooker function.

“I bought one of these after getting fed up of the differing proving times in a house without an airing cupboard! My new gadget has made a big difference - I’m playing around with temperatures still but it’s great to have somewhere to prove bread that is draft free and at a constant temperature. It’s a decent size - bigger than I was expecting but it folds away brilliantly. The service was great too - next day delivery and it came quicker than the estimate. I’m proper chuffed!”

“My kitchen can be quite cold on winter mornings, and I don't have a convenient airing cupboard or warm place to prove bread. This proofer has been a boon for making both sourdough and normal bread. It has excellent temperature control. It has a small humidifying tray that you fill with water so that you have to worry less about dough drying out. It folds flat for easy storage.
I use this a couple of times a week to make bread and wonder how I ever made consistent loaves without it.”
