“this product tastes nothing at all like panettone. having binned another fantastic sourdough having given the product a final chance ive decided to review the product. if you are expecting this to resemble the lovely scent of top quality authentic expensive panettones as i had you will be sadly dissappointed. ive had to give it 1 star as there was no option for zero stars which it deserves.”
“When I opened the bottle the smell was very powerful, however I used two teaspoons to make eight fruit buns and there was hardly any flavor at all. I really expected them to be more fruity! I will try again using double the amount next time but I think this could work out rather expensive.”

“This product was exactly what I needed to enhance the flavour of my panattone, citrus and vanilla with a hint of the bergamot I love in my Earl Grey. The addition of a few drops to the dough made more of a difference than I had anticipated and was everything I hoped. The only gripe I have is with the delivery. I paid for 2-5 days - what it should say is 5 days, no 2, 3 or even 4 were involved there at all. If you mean 5 days, just say 5 days rather than giving a customer the hope that it may be delivered earlier - that way we all know what to expect. I was rather dismayed that this 5-day delivery meant I had to postpone making my panettone to the last minute which left me with very little time to get it right for an event. I order online a lot and therefore pay for a lot of deliveries; never has 2-5 days meant 5 days with no wiggle room before.”

Back to the point, your Panettone aroma is good but following the receipe of Vanessa's i found that 3 tablespoons was just a bit o.t.t. as the fiinished cake left a taste in your mouth and on your lips as though you had been chewing orange zest,but having said all that i will be useing it again in lower amounts.
