“I have had this essence for a while, though have yet to make the Panettone it was intended for. My husband loves this flavouring and claims he would eat "anything" I care to flavour with it. I have used it in truffles and more recently in a honey-sweetened Panna Cotta, which was sensational. Our next experiment will be to use it in Turkish Delight. Use sparingly, less is more with this one.”
