“The essence has a weird smell, almost like medicine. Mum said my panettone tasted like poison. Had to throw both the cake and essence out. Didn't have the same smell or taste as ones from the shops. I think from now on I will just buy the panettone already made (much less work too!).
This essence is also way too expensive for occasional use.”
