I have been using the 00 white in this brand of flour for my sourdough since attending Vanessa's brilliant course, so thought I would give this a go too. I am not sure if it really is the flour but my bread has been even more amazing since I switched. Thanks Bakery Bits for your great products and really ace service.

I am on my second bag of this as it makes a well behaved dough and a tasty, light loaf.

I use this in sourdough baking. Wonderfully behaved flour that produces a well flavoured, textured loaf without the heaviness or difficulty in rising that some other stoneground wholemeal flours have.
