The entire Mulino Marino range is the best in my opinion. I've really wanted to find an English mill to support but the quality is simply not as good. Excellent flour to produce light textured yet full flavoured sourdough.

I have been adding this for some time now to my sourdough. I use 60% Buratto type 2, 20% 00 and 20% Macina. The Macina has great flavour and texture and the rise seems better than when I have used some other wholemeal flours in the mix.
