This is fantastic for pizzas. I have an Ooni Pro and this flour makes by far the most flavoursome pizza base of all that I've tried. Always gets rave reviews after a pizza party. You really should try it.

This is my "go-to" flour for a great pizza base. It has a delicious flavour is easy to work, rises consistently with and makes a nicely stretchable dough.

I like this flour a lot, the flavour is lovely - makes a very nice sourdough loaf. I've now baked twice with this, mixed with with a rye starter and some semola (also from Mulino Marino). Rise was good and taste excellent. My favourite MM flour is still the Pan di Sempre, but this is and the 00 are second on my list. Next I'll try a 100% Buratto loaf, maybe one of MM own recipes on their site.
